Every gas heated Howland Home is also ENERGY STAR certified by a third party verifier. Our ENERGY STAR homes feature a comprehensive package of proven energy efficient equipment, products and building practices. ENERGY STAR homes are at least 15% more efficient than typical homes and are among the most energy efficient homes in the entire country. They cost less to own, provide greater comfort, healthier indoor air, and peace of mind.
